Job summary

The Account Manager role at Guest Worldwide, a Sysco company, serves as the primary liaison for inventory, shipping, billing, and order entry for assigned accounts. Responsibilities

• Owns information and support on inventory, billing, shipping, placing orders and follow up for large specialty customers.
• Provides sales support to Territory Managers and Corporate Accounts.
• Maintains customer data and detailed communication records using Salesforce.
• Manages day-to-day logistics for specialty accounts and projects to increase sales.
• Interact with local account contacts (purchasing managers or executive housekeepers) to resolve issues.
