Job summary

Gilchrist & Soames, a division of Guest Worldwide and part of the Sysco family, seeks an Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, handling inventory, shipping, ordering and billing in a courteous manner.

You will maintain strong relationships with property-level purchasing managers and executive housekeepers, provide sales support to Territory Managers and Corporate Accounts, and use Salesforce to keep detailed records.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years in sales, account management or customer service.
• Strong communication and relationship-building abilities are required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for inventory, shipping, ordering and billing for assigned accounts.
• Maintain relationships with property-level purchasing managers and executive housekeepers.
• Provide sales support to Territory Managers and Corporate Accounts as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions using Salesforce (CRM).
• Coordinate day-to-day logistics for specialty accounts and projects.
