Mirror Media Marketing Inc. is seeking a proactive Full Time Account Manager to oversee a portfolio of creator clients, handling relationship management and social media execution.

The role blends client success with hands-on posting, analytics, and optimization across platforms, with a hybrid work setup and a focus on flawless execution. You will own onboarding, lead strategy calls, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of account management or client success experience at an agency.
• Experience leading client meetings independently.
• Proven track record of keeping and growing client accounts.
• 2+ years of hands-on social media management: postings and captions.
• Comfortable pulling analytics and reporting.
• At least two Apple devices for daily publishing.
• Experience with automation flows end-to-end (Manychat).
• Strong organization and calendar management.

Aufgaben

• Be the main point of contact and problem solver for your clients.
• Lead monthly strategy calls to review performance and plan next steps.
• Own onboarding for new clients from kickoff to first live content.
• Catch churn signs early and spot upsell opportunities.
• Serve as the day-to-day liaison between our team and clients.
• Publish daily content across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and Facebook; write captions.
• Perform final quality checks on all deliverables.
• Set up Manychat automation flows and coordinate with editors/designers.
• Deliver weekly to monthly analytics reports and translate data into actions.
• Improve client meetings, reports, and processes over time.
• Increase client retention and reduce churn.
