Job summary

Spiro is seeking an Account Manager – Content Manager to join our Sales team in a remote US role. You will partner with Account Directors to deliver best-in-class service, coordinate content maps, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery for client programs.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, experience in conventions/trade shows, strong organizational and communication skills, and willingness to travel up to 35%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent level of industry experience.
• Convention and Trade show industry experience preferred.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines.
• Ability to analyze available information and make sound decisions. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Travel up to 35%.
• Interpersonal skills and ability to develop a strong rapport with the client/coworkers.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain content maps and 2D graphics specs.
• Coordinate deliverables with Agencies / 2D Spiro Graphics Production and keep deadlines in mind.
• Track and manage content and artwork for projects; organize files for the team.
• Manage regulatory content submissions and show-site deliverables.
• Coordinate production processes and assign project tasks as needed.
• Attend updates and verify work orders with Operations.
• Provide on-site support and post-show notes as necessary.
• Regularly report time and provide updates as required.
