Job summary

Excel is seeking an Account Manager to optimize and grow partner relationships in the insurance lead generation space. This remote role requires travel for local team meetups and conferences; candidates should be local to the Miami, FL area.

You will manage a portfolio of partners, track KPIs, and drive revenue growth with data-driven insights. Collaboration with marketing and cross-functional teams is essential to improve lead performance and spend.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in account management, performance marketing, or lead generation.
• Proven experience meeting KPIs in a lead-driven environment.
• Strong data analysis skills: Excel, Google Sheets (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP), or SQL.
• CRM proficiency (Salesforce preferred) for performance tracking.
• Self-motivated and able to manage multiple accounts and projects.
• Excellent communication for client presentations and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of partners and drive monthly and yearly revenue growth.
• Track and optimize KPIs including lead-to-sales conversion rate, policy sales CPA, and spend growth.
• Conduct weekly/monthly performance reviews and present data-driven insights.
• Identify and execute upsell/cross-sell strategies to increase partner spend YoY.
• Collaborate with marketing to improve lead distribution and performance.
