Job summary

Heuschen & Schrouff Oriental Food is looking for an Account Manager to expand and maintain customer relationships in the German market. The role involves managing a diverse portfolio of nearly 5,000 Asian products, nurturing existing relationships, and acquiring new customers.

You will collaborate with internal departments, negotiate deals, and conduct market analyses. This fully remote position requires self-discipline, fluency in German, and experience in the food or FMCG industry.

Qualifications

• You are available 40 hours per week.
• Experience in a similar position recommended.
• Willingness to travel within Germany.
• Fluent German and good English command required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively guide and expand customer relationships.
• Expand customer portfolio through targeted acquisition.
• Advise customers on products and solutions.
• Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing and purchasing departments.
• Negotiate prices, contracts, and promotions.
• Present products to customers.
• Organize your appointments and administrative tasks.
• Report to the Sales Manager and support sales strategy.
