You will coordinate daily admin tasks, resolve complex issues, and oversee policy administration, billing, and renewals. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of account management or 5+ years in insurance, plus an active P&C license; CIC or equivalent is a plus.

• 3–5 years account management experience or 5+ years in insurance.

• Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring account retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities, resolving complex issues.
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis.
• Manage policy expirations and renewals; conduct client research and present proposals.
• Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on delinquent balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms; ensure data accuracy.
