Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience, or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Active licensing; CIC or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business and ensure retention.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities.
• Resolve complex client issues and ensure accuracy in policy administration and billing.
• Renewals: research, submissions, and negotiations.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect outstanding balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
• Communicate workload status with the account team.
