Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years in the insurance industry.
• Active P&C license required; CIC or equivalent preferred.

• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring account retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities, resolving complex issues.
• Renew policy expirations and negotiate coverages; present proposals to clients.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect outstanding balances; maintain data accuracy across systems.
