You will coordinate daily admin and client service tasks while addressing complex issues with accuracy and professionalism. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in account management (or 5+ years in insurance), hold an active P&C license, and demonstrate strong communication and analytical skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years in insurance.
• Active P&C license; CIC or equivalent preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Excellent customer service, communication, multitasking and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned book of business, ensuring retention and supporting new business.
• Coordinate day-to-day administrative and customer service activities.
• Resolve complex issues with no errors or omissions.
• Renewals: prepare submissions, negotiate coverages, present proposals.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and collect outstanding balances.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
• Ensure timely completion via activity monitoring and clear communication.
• Deliver proactive service and uphold IOA values.
