Job summary

ProviderSoft, a Jonas Software company, is seeking an Account Representative to support select clients and ensure they maximize our early childhood program management software. This fully remote role involves regular client meetings, tailored support, and proactive relationship management.

You will work with clients to translate their workflow needs into system usage, provide training, document requirements, and coordinate with development staff to address feedback.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to translate business needs into functional client support.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Motivated to manage accounts independently.
