Insurance Office of America, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager Associate - Commercial Lines. This remote/open role supports the IOA team with policy administration, renewals, and client service across multiple U.S.

states. The role emphasizes independent problem solving and timely, accurate service delivery. The ideal candidate has an active P&C license and strong communication skills, with experience in policy management, billing, and claims support.

Qualificações

• 3+ years of account management experience or 5+ years in insurance
• Active license is required; CIC or equivalent preferred
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and decision-making skills
• Exceptional customer service, communication, multitasking, and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative and customer service support to the account team
• Handle policy administration, billing, claims, and coverage analysis
• Manage policy expirations and renewals with accuracy
• Assist in underwriting information gathering and submissions
• Maintain agency systems and ensure data accuracy
• Monitor delinquent accounts and assist with collections as needed
• Communicate workload status clearly with the team
