Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or related subject.
• At least 3 years in an Account role within a pharmaceutical/medical communications company.
• Daily client facing experience with medical, legal, regulatory review experience required.

Aufgaben

• Lead client management and maintain senior client contact as primary liaison.
• Provide project management direction ensuring timelines, objectives, and deliverables.
• Mentor Associate/Account Executives and supervise team members as applicable.
• Support business development by identifying opportunities for organic growth within accounts.
• Develop proposals, budgets, and reconciliations and monitor budgets and costs.
• Ensure quality control of client materials and share best practices across teams.
