Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services is seeking a recruiter-focused professional to recruit and match qualified candidates with client job orders. You will build and expand client relationships, recruit talent, and ensure post-placement follow-up for satisfied customers.

The role supports remote work and on-site collaboration as needed, with a focus on meeting quarterly performance targets within a team environment.

Qualifications

• Two years or more of similar customer development experience or completion of an in-house training.
• No more than two jobs in the recent two years.
• Paid in a prior position on a commission or bonus plan, based on performance or goals.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly and year-to-date performance standards.
• Service clients and candidates for temporary and direct hire placements with post-placement follow-up.
• Maintain attendance records and review performance with leadership regularly.
• Complete ongoing training and development; plan activities to hit KPIs.
• Originate client retention and new client targeting actions to grow relationships.
• Source, interview, and maintain candidate inventory; coach candidates through placement.
