• Maintain attendance records and review performance with leadership on a regular cadence.
• Plan daily/weekly/monthly activity blocks to meet KPIs and standards.
• Grow client relationships through proactive outreach and retention actions.
• Nurture a qualified candidate inventory and source new applicants.
