Job summary

Lakeshore Talent is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business and manage client relationships from a remote Denver-based location with occasional in-person client visits. You will partner with a recruiting team to deliver staffing solutions across Administrative, HR and Accounting, including contract, contract-to-hire, direct hire, EOR, and RPO offerings.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of B2B staffing sales, strong relationship-building skills, and a proven track record of meeting

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
• 2+ years of business development or account management experience in staffing/recruiting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, and social selling.
• Conduct discovery meetings to understand hiring needs and opportunities.
• Prepare and present professional services proposals.
• Collaborate with recruiting team to manage the full placement process.
• Provide consultative guidance on hiring and market trends.
• Maintain and grow a diverse book of business.
• Act as a market expert and trusted advisor to hiring managers.
• Meet defined activity goals for client calls and visits.
