Job summary

MarketFully is hiring an Account Executive to sell enterprise multilingual content marketing solutions to global brands. You’ll break into new accounts, cultivate relationships with senior marketing stakeholders, and close multi-year deals from discovery to close.

You’ll partner with Marketing, Sales Engineering, and Leadership to tailor proposals, price complex implementations, and drive pipeline, while operating in a fully remote US environment.

Responsibilities

• Target and engage marketing teams within global enterprises to uncover and resolve challenges in multilingual content production or translation for digital and social media marketing.
• Maintain a robust pipeline to consistently meet and surpass quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Lead discovery conversations with inbound prospects and leads sourced through our AI-powered outreach tool, referrals, and strategic outbound.
• Work closely with marketing to refine outreach sequences, messaging strategy, and campaign alignment.
• Tailor and deliver persuasive presentations customized to each prospect's vertical, market focus, and brand objectives.
• Partner with sales engineering to define, estimate, and price complex multilingual marketing or web implementation solutions.
• Continuously improve your sales motion, value messaging, and industry-specific approach through training, practice, and ongoing market insight.
• Drive and ambition to consistently hit or outperform quota, with an entrepreneurial, self-motivated approach to creative problem-solving.

We're specifically looking for consultative, creative sellers with a services or agency background, who know how to navigate senior marketing stakeholders and close sophisticated, multi-stakeholder deals.

We're building an ongoing talent community of Account Executives who sell our solutions into enterprise organizations.

As an Account Executive, you'll sell enterprise multilingual content marketing solutions delivered through MarketFully Group's specialist agencies. You'll break into new accounts, cultivate relationships, and close deals with Marketing and Digital executives ranging from Director to C-suite.

• Target and engage marketing teams within global enterprises to uncover and resolve challenges in multilingual content production or translation for digital and social media marketing.
• Actively research, identify, and cultivate new business opportunities within assigned accounts using Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, and Gong.
• Lead impactful discovery conversations with inbound prospects and leads sourced through our AI-powered outreach tool, referrals, and strategic outbound.
• Maintain a robust pipeline to consistently meet and surpass quarterly and annual revenue targets.
• Work closely with marketing to refine outreach sequences, messaging strategy, and campaign alignment.
• Tailor and deliver persuasive presentations customized to each prospect's vertical, market focus, and brand objectives.
• Partner with sales engineering to define, estimate, and price complex multilingual marketing or web implementation solutions.
• Continuously improve your sales motion, value messaging, and industry-specific approach through training, practice, and ongoing market insight.
• A track record of achievement against quota within marketing services, content marketing, social moderation and community management, or localization/translation.
• Proven success closing high-value, multi-year agreements, with the urgency, initiative, and stakeholder management skills to guide deals from first conversation to close.
• A strong network of Marketing contacts at senior level (CMO, Head of Digital, Head of Social, VP of Growth) and other decision-makers across enterprise firms.
• Drive and ambition to consistently hit or outperform quota, with an entrepreneurial, self-motivated approach to creative problem-solving.
• High personal standards across communication, organization, and professionalism, with the adaptability to thrive in fast-moving environments.
• Comfort working across Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, Gong, Zoom, and PowerPoint.
