The ideal candidate has 2+ years in sales or related roles, a Bachelor's degree, excellent communication skills, CRM proficiency, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales, customer service, or account management experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with ability to tailor messaging.
• Proficiency with CRM software and collaboration tools.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Identify and assess qualified leads, develop outreach strategies, and manage a sales pipeline.
• Conduct cold calls and emails to prospective clients and arrange qualified meetings.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to support client satisfaction and upsell.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to support onboarding and account management.
• Drive renewals, upsells, and new business with existing clients.
• Contribute to sales tactics and cross-functional growth initiatives.
• Lead the sales process from qualification to contract closing.
