You will build relationships, expand current accounts, and win new opportunities through consultative selling. The role requires frequent travel within the territory and targets exceed $3 million in annual revenue.

The position emphasizes CRM discipline, deal execution, and cross-functional teamwork to ensure customer satisfaction and growth.

Qualifications

• Strong consultative selling and ability to manage multiple accounts.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for presenting to decision-makers.
• CRM experience and data analysis for pipeline and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory plans with quarterly targets and pipeline.
• Identify, qualify and develop new opportunities; conduct in-person demos.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts and conduct regular business reviews.
• Partner with dealers and distributors to drive sell-through and training.
• Maintain CRM hygiene and produce weekly activity reports.
• Attend trade shows and monitor market trends for insights.
• Collaborate with Service, Marketing and Operations on order fulfillment.
