Fechheimer Brothers Company is seeking an Account Manager for the Connecticut & Massachusetts Territory (REMOTE). This role drives revenue growth by expanding relationships with current accounts and winning new ones through consultative selling.

The position is fully remote, but requires frequent travel within the CT/MA territory. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in field sales or account management, preferably in apparel/uniforms, and is comfortable working in a remote setup while meeting

Qualifications

• 4+ years of field sales or account management experience.
• Experience in apparel/uniform industry preferred.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% within CT/MA and surrounding states; remote work is allowed.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory plans with quarterly goals for target accounts and pipeline creation.
• Maintain an organized travel plan and weekly calendar to maximize in-person engagement.
• Identify, qualify, and advance new opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research.
• Conduct regular business reviews with customers to assess results and expansion opportunities.
• Coordinate with dealers and distributors to support sell-through, training, and merchandising initiatives.
