Job summary

Euston Group Brokerage LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Account Executive / Program Administrator to support the administration and ongoing management of commercial insurance accounts. You will maintain strong client relationships, coordinate activities, and assist with renewals.

This role offers a primarily remote setup with in-office meetings and occasional travel with leadership to client sites. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and able to balance administrative duties with client

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in commercial insurance, account management, or related client service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a wider team.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration of assigned client accounts and serve as main client contact.
• Coordinate client invoicing, maintain records, and complete documentation on time.
• Review insurance policies for accuracy and assist with annual account reviews and renewals.
• Prepare and maintain certificates of insurance and related documents.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through responsive service.
• Assist with policy renewals by gathering client information and coordinating with carriers.
• Monitor market conditions and help evaluate coverage options and pricing.
• Prepare for and participate in client meetings, reviews, and renewal discussions.
• Travel with leadership to meet clients as needed.
• Identify and implement improvements to account management processes and workflows.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
