Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in commercial insurance, account management, or related client service.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building abilities.
• Proactive, resourceful approach with initiative.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with insurance agency management systems preferred.
• Property & Casualty license preferred but not required.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day administration of client accounts and serve as a primary contact.
• Coordinate client invoicing and maintain accurate account records.
• Review policies for accuracy and conduct annual account reviews.
• Prepare, issue, and maintain certificates of insurance.
• Support client service and relationship management.
• Assist with policy renewals by gathering updated information.
• Monitor market conditions to evaluate coverage options.
• Prepare for and participate in client meetings and renewal discussions.
• Travel occasionally with leadership to meet clients.
