Job summary

Blacksmith Agency is seeking an Account Executive (Closer) for Multifamily to close new multifamily business and grow existing accounts. You will collaborate with SDRs, strategists and leadership on high‑value deals and drive end-to-end sales from discovery to close.

In this remote role, you’ll manage multi‑step sales cycles, present proposals, negotiate terms and navigate decisions with owners, operators and marketing leaders, all while expanding the portfolio you win.

Qualifications

• Quota carrying closing role with self-sourced or handed deals.
• Experience selling into multifamily or marketing/agency services to similar buyers.
• Longer consultative cycles of 3 to 12 months.
• Strong executive presence and comfort selling remotely.

Responsibilities

• The full sales cycle with multifamily owners and property management groups running large portfolios, from discovery through close.
• Warm meetings booked by our sales development team and inbound, turned into signed contracts.
• Deals with several decision makers: owners, operators and marketing leaders.
• Proposals, presentations and negotiation, built with our strategists.
• Growing the multifamily accounts you close after the first engagement.
