Job summary

United Concordia Dental is seeking an experienced Account Manager to retain and grow a national portfolio of medium to large accounts. You will negotiate renewals, support sales in new business, and manage contracts and client issues to resolution.

The role is remote-based in Maryland with consideration for candidates in Harrisburg, PA; travel 25-35% and collaboration with underwriting, actuarial, and product teams are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management or related field.
• 6 years of progressive related experience in lieu of Bachelor's degree.
• Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop account renewal strategy to retain customers and drive profitability.
• Negotiate renewals and contracts with customers and brokers.
• Coordinate with underwriting, actuarial, product, and sales teams.
• Prepare and deliver finalist presentations for renewals and new business.
• Ensure proper documentation and reporting in Salesforce.
• Manage implementation of customer plans and open enrollment.
