Qualifications

• Sales Experience: 1–4 years in B2B sales, SaaS, or MedTech preferred.
• Relentless Drive: You're motivated and understand that your output directly determines your income.
• Command Presence: You can stand in front of a chief or a sheriff and immediately command respect.
• Physically Capable: This role may involve participating in agency training environments.
• Technically Proficient: Comfortable with CRM tools; HubSpot a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own a territory of law enforcement and fire agencies; open doors, close deals, and grow accounts.
• Prospect, qualify, and close new agency accounts across law enforcement, fire, and EMS.
• Build relationships based on trust to open doors and credibility.
• Consult, don't just sell; position Sharp Performance as the solution.
• Own onboarding and set clients up for long-term success.
• Manage your pipeline in HubSpot and report with precision.
• Identify upsell opportunities within accounts.
