Job summary

Shine Early Learning is seeking an Account Executive, HELP, to own commercial growth for the HELP product suite across Hawai‘i and other markets. You will manage relationships with Early Intervention providers, Early Head Start, and related agencies, driving retention and expansion while migrating customers from print to HELP Connect.

The role combines account management and new business development, with travel up to 40%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Early Intervention, Child Development, Business, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Early Intervention, Early Childhood Education, Early Head Start, or related field.
• Ability to build trusted relationships with customers and provide consultative guidance.
• Understanding of birth-to-three development and needs of practitioners.

Responsibilities

• Owns account management and growth for HELP customer base including Early Intervention programs and Early Head Start segments.
• Develop and execute account plans to drive retention, expansion, and upsell across the HELP suite.
• Lead migration of print-based HELP customers to HELP Connect with onboarding support.
• Identify upsell opportunities to training, certification, and professional development offerings.
• Maintain pipeline and report on renewal rates and expansion opportunities.
