Job summary

Shine Early Learning is seeking an Account Executive, HELP, to own the growth of the Hawaii HELP product suite and drive both retention and new business across diverse providers and agencies.

You will migrate print customers to HELP Connect, expand adoption of training and certification, and manage revenue targets with consultative, relationship‑driven selling. Remote with travel, reporting to the Chief Growth Officer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
• 5+ years of professional experience in Early Intervention, Early Childhood Education, Early Head Start, or related field.
• Demonstrated ability to build trusted customer relationships and provide consultative guidance.
• Entrepreneurial, results‑oriented mindset with ability to drive adoption and growth.
• Understanding of the Early Intervention and early childhood landscape; CRM or SaaS familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Own the management and growth of the HELP customer base and revenue targets.
• Develop account plans to drive retention, expansion, and upsell across HELP suite.
• Lead migration from print to HELP Connect with onboarding support.
• Identify opportunities to upsell training, certification, and professional development.
• Maintain pipeline, forecast revenue, and report metrics to senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Learning & Impact, and cross‑team go‑to‑market efforts.
