Rand Technology LLC is seeking an driven Account Executive to join our global sales team. In this B2B role, you will close deals, build lasting client relationships, and align hardware supply with customer demand across electronic components, IT hardware, and supply chain spaces.

You will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiation and closing, with hybrid or remote options in the Bay Area, Austin, New York, Boston, or New England.

Competenze

• 5-7 years of sales experience in electronic components, computer hardware, ITAD, electronic distribution, supply chain, or a related B2B market.
• Proven success meeting or exceeding revenue targets and performance metrics.
• Experience managing the full sales lifecycle, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing.

• Engage customers to understand their inventory and sourcing challenges, and position tailored solutions
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through negotiation and closing
