Job summary

Steno is hiring an Account Executive for a remote role based in the United States, focused on law firms nationwide. You will expand the client base, drive revenue, and deliver excellent customer service with a hospitality mindset.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in a similar sales role, in-field presence 3–4 days/week, and strong experience with CRMs and digital tools. Compensation includes a base salary plus commission, with OTE $125k–$150k+ and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar role or in account management/sales.
• Field-based selling experience with a proven track record.
• Powerful communication, presentation and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive new and existing business and meet personal KPIs.
• Be primary contact for your book of clients and maintain relationships.
• Support clients via phone and email with professional communication.
• Consult with clients, anticipate needs and secure conversions.
• Monitor product usage and increase adoption and revenue.
• Conduct virtual product demonstrations for prospective clients.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to relay feedback and forecast needs.
• Travel to events and client functions to build relationships.
