You will generate and qualify opportunities, conduct compelling product demonstrations, and lead negotiations to contract close. Ideal candidates bring proven quota attainment, experience selling technology to financial institutions, and strong stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Proven quota-carrying B2B sales experience to financial institutions (credit unions, community banks, regional banks).
• Direct experience selling technology to banks/fintech with end-to-end sales ownership.
• Banktech/digital-banking/fintech domain knowledge is a plus.
• Strong discovery, product demos and ability to close complex deals.

Responsibilities

• Own opportunities from qualification through contract close.
• Lead discovery conversations and product demonstrations.
• Navigate stakeholder complexity and build cross-functional relationships.
• Maintain CRM with disciplined pipeline and forecasting.
• Transition customers to Customer Success after signature.
