Job summary

Vitu is seeking an Account Executive (Remote) to build and maintain strong client relationships in the motor vehicle industry. The role involves training dealership personnel, reviewing DMV workflows, and ensuring regulatory compliance across DMV EVR and RIA procedures.

You will provide multi-channel support (phone, chat, email) and advocate for clients to improve the program. Travel up to 150 miles may be required.

Qualifications

• Experience with DMV documents and Reports of Sale for new and used vehicles.
• Account management in B2B environments.
• Ability to train dealership personnel on software usage.
• Knowledge of DMV EVR & RIA procedures and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Train dealership personnel on the use of Vitu.
• Meet with dealership management to review DMV-related processes.
• Monitor dealer error rates and license status to ensure DMV compliance.
• Maintain strong relationships with key dealership personnel.
• Provide Vitu support via phone, chat and email.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and proactively address client needs.
• Act as client advocate by suggesting program improvements.
• Conduct DMV compliance audits to ensure proper DMV EVR & RIA usage.
• Assist clients with complex DMV issues and navigate dealer DMS for DMV fee accuracy.
• Conduct DMV fee training in-person and via webinar.
