Vitu is seeking a remote Account Executive in the United States to build and maintain strong relationships with dealership clients. You will lead training for dealership staff on the Vitu platform and collaborate with management to review DMV processes.

A proactive, service-oriented approach is essential for success in this role. You will ensure compliance with DMV EVR & RIA procedures, provide responsive support, and advocate for client needs, helping drive adoption and satisfaction across

Qualifications

• Experience with Reports of Sale and DMV documents for new and used vehicles.
• Account management in B2B environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of DMV regulations pertaining to registration processing.
• EVR program knowledge (E-filing).
• Able to use PC programs including Word, Excel, and Google Drive.
• Able to travel up to 150 miles.

Responsibilities

• Train dealership personnel on the use of Vitu.
• Meet with dealership management to review DMV processes and procedures.
• Monitor dealer error rates, active user list, and licenses to ensure DMV compliance.
• Maintain a strong business relationship with key dealership personnel.
• Provide Vitu support via phone, chat and email as needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and proactive support to clients.
• Advocate for clients and suggest program improvements.
• Ensure dealership compliance with DMV EVR & RIA procedures via audits.
• Assist clients with DMV issues and provide problem resolution.
• Navigate a dealer's DMS to verify DMV fee calculations.
• Conduct DMV fee training in-person and via webinar.
