Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, seeks a Personal Risk Service Center Account Coordinator to provide centralized administrative and servicing support for client accounts. You will work with Account Managers and Private Client Executives to support endorsements, policy processing, and document handling.

This full-time role offers hybrid work from Palm Springs, CA or remote options. Expect collaboration with carriers, attention to detail, and professional communication as you help ensure timely service

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in administrative or customer service roles, insurance preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and EPIC document management is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; HS diploma required as minimum.

Responsibilities

• Assist a team of Account Managers with endorsements and agency bill processing.
• Create evidences of insurance and automobile identification cards; handle direct bill reconciliations.
• Input renewals and other changes in EPIC; liaise with carriers and escrow companies.
• Follow up on outstanding endorsements; prepare cards, apps, and cancellations.
• Maintain suspense files for correspondence and endorsements; support projects as needed.
• When working from home, maintain a private workspace and high-speed internet.
