Job summary

NFP, an Aon company, is seeking an Account Coordinator for its Personal Risk Service Center in Palm Springs, CA or remote/hybrid. You will support seven Account Managers with endorsements, bill transactions, and policy documents, coordinating with carriers and internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.

The role offers hybrid work from the Palm Springs office or remote options, with a Monday–Friday schedule. A private workspace and reliable internet are required for remote work.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of administrative or customer service experience, preferably in insurance
• Experience using Applied EPIC preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable making independent decisions and collaborating with others
• P&C license preferred or willingness to obtain within 6 months

Responsibilities

• Assist a team of 7+ Account Managers with daily responsibilities in processing endorsements, agency bill transactions, and documents
• Liaise with external carriers and escrow companies
• Input changes and file items electronically in EPIC system
• Follow up with insurance companies for endorsements and outstanding items
• Prepare ID cards, evidence of insurance, applications, binders and cancellations
• Maintain suspense files for correspondence and endorsements
• Process premium and non-premium endorsements
• Support on projects as assigned by Department Manager
• Match mail and policies with endorsements
• Maintain private home workspace if working remotely
