Odeum Labor Services is seeking an Account Coordinator who is organized, detail-driven, and eager to learn the business from the inside. You will support a portfolio of client accounts, own deliverables, and work closely with the Director of Account Management to keep projects on track.

This remote role travels to markets as needed and offers a path to Account Manager, with pay ranging from $55,000 to $68,000 per year, dependent on experience and location.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in live events, theater, or production coordination.
• Comfortable with CRM, spreadsheets, and scheduling platforms.
• Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsabilités

• Support a portfolio of client accounts and manage deliverables.
• Create labor estimates using rate cards and ensure accuracy.
• Maintain CRM records with timely updates and notes.
• Join site visits and client meetings in the home market as needed.
• Coordinate paperwork from inquiry to final invoice with clear communication.
