Action Integrated Marketing, Inc is seeking Account Coordinators to support Account Managers in serving clients. After a short on-site training period, remote working opportunities are available as well.

Responsibilities include content gathering, proofreading, entering client projects into agency software, and coordinating with other departments. An energetic, communicative, detail-oriented person with common sense will fit well in this role.

Qualifications

• Some experience within an advertising agency or related industry is helpful but not required.
• An energetic and outgoing personality, great communication skills, attention to detail and a large dose of good-old fashioned common sense is required.

Responsabilités

• Content gathering for client projects.
• Proofreading client materials and assets.
• Entering client projects and media requests into agency software.
• Interfacing with other agency departments to coordinate efforts.
• Social media maintenance for campaigns.
• Assisting account team with other duties as requested.
