Qualifications

• 0-3 years of related experience (insurance or insurance financing experience is a plus).
• Strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and proficiency with relevant software.

Responsibilities

• Process account adjustments in the PBS system with accuracy.
• Validate the accuracy of new account entries.
• Conduct daily internal audits to ensure timely and accurate funding and refunds.
• Handle returned checks, chargebacks, and payment exceptions.
• Answer calls and process emails during peak times to maintain customer service standards.
