Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; business or biological sciences preferred.
• 5+ years in pharma/biotech with Patient Services, Market Access or account management.
• Experience with complex practices and health systems to establish access pathways.
• Strategic account management for access hurdles and B2B engagement.
• Knowledge of buy‑and‑bill, specialty pharmacy, and related reimbursement routes.

Responsibilities

• Educate providers and staff in large, complex accounts on access programs.
• Collaborate with executives, administrators, and billing staff to support patient access.
• Analyze reimbursement issues and advise on payer questions at the provider level.
• Develop and communicate plan of action for access and policy changes.
• Maintain expertise on regional access landscape and share insights with NPC.
• Coordinate with hub and reimbursement managers on case management.
