Job summary

Reporting to the Associate Director, the analyst will manage requirements, testing, documentation, and training, while advancing data-driven decision making and system improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 2+ years supporting enterprise apps or student information systems.
• Ability to analyze business processes and translate needs into technology solutions.
• Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills; customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional administration and ongoing support for academic and administrative technology systems.
• Participate in cross-functional technology projects from planning through implementation.
• Define business requirements for reports, dashboards, and data needs with analytics staff; validate data quality.
• Map requirements, analyze processes, and identify automation opportunities; support system improvements.
• Develop collaborative relationships with academic and administrative partners; provide user training and documentation.
