Job summary

Emerson College is seeking a Manager, Program Operations to own the academic planning lifecycle from demand planning to post‑term analysis. You will partner with academic leadership to build data‑informed schedules and coordinate affiliated faculty hiring and onboarding.

You will lead scheduling, data analytics, and process improvements using Banner, Workday, Argos, Salesforce, and PM tools to ensure accurate records, timely payroll, and smooth post‑term reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience in higher education operations or academic planning is desirable.
• Experience with Banner, Workday, Argos, Salesforce, and PM tools is required.
• Experience coordinating faculty hiring, onboarding, and activity pay is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage annual and semester course planning, demand projections, and section sufficiency.
• Build term-based projections and schedules using data-informed planning.
• Lead scheduling production, gate review, and post-publish changes.
• Collaborate with Registrar’s office on protocols and workflows.
• Provide data-driven analyses to leadership for budgeting and forecasting.
• Oversee payroll, instructor assignments, and activity pay processes.
