Salary Range
$50,907.00 to $65,686.00 annually .Compensation will be commensurate upon experience andqualifications.This position is Exempt from the Fair LaborStandards Act (FLSA) overtime provisions.

Summary
Extended Studies Academic Outreach | High School Programs is anauxiliary unit that operates to extend the resources of theuniversity to the community and beyond by providing highqualityundergraduate and graduate courses for traditional andnon-traditional students, as well as credit and non-creditprofessional and personal development experiences.
The Academic Services Professional is the primary customer servicespecialist to provide information and problem solving for internaland external audiences regarding a variety of courses/programsoffered through Extended Studies Academic Outreach | High SchoolPrograms. This position provides operational support by utilizingvarious University systems.
The Academic Services Professional assists in managing theNoncredit programs and provides operational support for the HighSchool Programs. In addition, this position serves as the primaryHR and Financials Liaison for Extended Studies Academic Outreachdepartment.
Essential Functions
The duties and responsibilities of the position include, but arenot limited to:
10% Customer Service
- Assist faculty, staff, students, parents and all customers viaphone and email who are seeking information regarding ExtendedStudies Academic Outreach | High School Programs.
30% Operational Support
- Manage day-to-day operational office support and contributes tothe vision of Extended Studies Academic Outreach department, whichprovides support for auxiliary courses/programs operated by thecolleges and other campus departments.
- Responsible for accurate data entry of Course InformationSheets (CIS) for Extended Studies Academic Outreach courses,resolves suspended and duplicate applications, generates graderosters, inputs grades, registrations, drops/withdrawals, utilizessystem reports in CU-SIS and other University systems asneeded.
- Communicate and actively engages with Admissions and Recordsteams regarding application and course scheduling processes toensure all associated tasks are following Universityprotocol.
- Communicate with campus departments, regarding procedures andpolicies for scheduling Extended Studies Academic Outreach coursesin CU-SIS.
- Serve on University and community committees as deemednecessary to accomplish the vision of Extended Studies AcademicOutreach initiatives.
20% Extended Studies Program Support
- Assist in managing noncredit CEU courses
- Collaborate with campus departments and others to develop,implement and advertise noncredit courses.
- Update and improve enrollment instructions and websites fornoncredit programs.
20% High School Program Support
- Assist in managing high school programs
- Communicate with administrators, parents, students regardingprogram options
- Update and improve enrollment instructions and websites forhigh school programs.
10% Human Resources Support
- HR Liaison for Extended Studies Academic Outreach programs.Creates and processes Letters of Offer, Scope of Work contracts andPerson of Interest forms as needed to pay/activate instructors forvarious Extended Studies Academic Outreach programs.
- Responsible for accurate data entry in the HCM or PSC systemfor payments.
- Attends HR Liaison meetings/updates to ensure all Universityprocedures are followed to efficiently pay individuals who performservices for Extended Studies Academic Outreach programs.
10% Financial & Procurement Support
- Manages all Procurement Services tasks such as: pcardreconciliation, office supply ordering, creating SPOs and otherforms of payment of expenses as needed through CU MarketPlace andConcur Travel system.
- Assists with Financial tasks such as Creating JournalEntries.
- Attends Financial Liaison meetings/updates to ensure allUniversity Procedures are followed for Extended Studies AcademicOutreach programs.

Qualifications :
- A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of highereducation is required.(Substitution: A combination of education andrelated experience may be considered in lieu of a degree on a yearfor year basis)
- Must have experience working in a university, college or highschool setting.
- Must have experience with detailed data entry is required.
- Experience in course/program management in a revenue generatingenvironment is required.
