Responsibilities

• Provide proactive academic advising to undergraduate students, interpreting degree requirements and progress.
• Assist with orientation, enrollment, and first-semester course planning for new students.
• Document all student contacts and maintain accurate records in campus systems.
• Collaborate with departments to support student success and retention initiatives.
• Help students explore educational goals and connect them to campus resources.
