Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education is required.
• Must have experience working in a university, college or high school setting.
• Must have experience with detailed data entry is required.
• Experience in course/program management in a revenue generating environment is required.

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties including information and problem solving for internal and external audiences.
• Manage day-to-day operational office support and contribute to the vision of Extended Studies Academic Outreach.
• Process course information sheets, registrations, grades, and schedules in CU-SIS and related systems.
• Collaborate with Admissions, Records, campus departments for scheduling and procedures.
• Serve on committees to advance Extended Studies Academic Outreach initiatives.
