University of Colorado Colorado Springs is seeking an Academic Services Professional in Extended Studies to provide customer service and operational support for noncredit and high school programs. The role includes HR and financial liaison duties, data entry in CU systems, and collaboration with Admissions, Records, and campus departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution is required.
• Must have experience working in a university, college, or high school setting.
• Experience with detailed data entry is required.
• Experience in course/program management in a revenue-generating environment is required.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service: assist faculty, staff, students, parents and all customers via phone and email seeking information regarding Extended Studies Academic Outreach programs.
• Operational Support: manage day-to-day office tasks, enter course information, process applications, generate grade rosters, and coordinate with Admissions and Records.
• Noncredit/Extended Studies Program Support: assist in managing noncredit CEU courses and collaborate to develop, advertise, and update enrollment instructions and websites.
• High School Program Support: assist in managing high school programs and communicate with administrators, parents, and students regarding options.
• HR Liaison: prepare Letters of Offer, contracts, and related forms; ensure timely payroll data entry.
• Financial & Procurement Support: handle procurement tasks, create journal entries, and participate in related meetings.
