Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of related experience in advising, student services, or customer service.
• Experience with Financial Aid or Title IX regulations preferred.
• Experience in online/remote student support environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Explain university policies and financial aid guidelines clearly to students.
• Provide personalized, student-centered support to help learners stay on track.
• Manage a student caseload with proactive communication and sound judgment.
• Assist with Accounts Receivable, payments, and financial aid processing.
