Job summary

Worxweb Solutions is recruiting remote ACA Sales Agents to handle inbound calls and guide customers through ACA Marketplace enrollment from home. A guaranteed base pay of $15.00 per hour is provided, with tiered per-applicant commissions and 50% ancillary commissions on top of ACA enrollments.

Both licensed health insurance professionals and newcomers who are willing to obtain their license are welcomed. License reimbursement is available after 90 days, and a broad state footprint supports a

Qualifications

• Active health insurance license (2-40 or 2-15) required.
• Licensed in a minimum of 5 states; priority states listed.
• W-2 employee with guaranteed base pay and commission structure.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from consumers interested in ACA health insurance coverage.
• Sell ACA Marketplace plans and guide clients through eligibility and enrollment.
• Cross-sell ancillary products including dental, vision, supplemental, critical illness, and hospital indemnity plans.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation and follow CMS and carrier compliance standards.
• Meet bi-monthly applicant targets to maximize commission tier.

Education
