Job summary

Catch Coverage is seeking licensed ACA Health Insurance Agents for a fully remote, W-2 sales role in the US. The position offers $20.00 per hour plus uncapped commissions and a pathway to six-figure earnings with performance-based incentives.

Newly licensed agents are encouraged to apply, and Marketplace enrollment experience is a plus but not required. Training and coaching are provided to help you grow in a fast-paced, customer-focused team.

Qualifications

• Active health or Health/Life license in good standing.
• Newly licensed agents encouraged; ACA experience not required.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate consumers on ACA Marketplace options.
• Assess needs and explain plan options.
• Explain premiums, deductibles, copays and networks.
• Guide consumers through Marketplace enrollment.
• Provide professional customer service throughout interactions.
• Maintain accurate customer data and enrollment docs.
