Worxweb Solutions in Boca Raton, FL is seeking ACA Sales Agents for an inbound-only role with a guaranteed base and tiered commissions. Licensed or to be licensed candidates welcome; license costs reimbursed after 90 days.

Base pay is $15.00 per hour, W-2, with tiered per-applicant commissions. Typical weekly earnings range from $1,200 to $1,900+ depending on production and cross-selling ancillary products.

Qualifications

• Active health insurance license (2-40 or 2-15) required.
• Licensed in a minimum of 5 states preferred; list of priority states provided.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from consumers interested in ACA health insurance coverage.
• Sell ACA Marketplace plans and guide clients through eligibility and enrollment.
• Cross-sell ancillary products including dental, vision, supplemental, critical illness, and hospital indemnity plans.
• Maintain accurate CRM documentation and comply with CMS and carrier standards.
• Meet bi-monthly applicant targets to maximize commission tiers.
