Job summary

Catch Coverage, LLC is expanding its ACA Health Insurance team and seeking licensed professionals to assist individuals and families with ACA Marketplace options. This fully remote W-2 role offers $20.00 per hour plus commission, with ongoing training, coaching, and a growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Active Health or Health/Life Insurance License in good standing.
• Newly licensed agents encouraged; prior ACA sales experience not required.
• Experience in ACA, health insurance, telesales, call center, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to complete ACA Marketplace/FFM registration and training prior to enrollments.
• Coachable, dependable, and motivated to develop in the insurance industry.
• Strong computer navigation skills and ability to work across multiple systems.
• Able to work independently in a remote team environment.
• Reliable high-speed internet and professional remote workspace.
• Maintain required licensing, certifications, and CE requirements.
• Willingness to work extra hours during peak Open Enrollment periods.

Responsibilities

• Educate consumers on ACA Marketplace health insurance options.
• Assess coverage needs and explain plan features to consumers.
• Guide consumers through Marketplace applications and enrollment.
• Provide professional, consultative customer service throughout interactions.
• Maintain accurate customer information and enrollment documentation.
• Follow up with prospective and enrolled consumers as required.
• Meet sales, conversion, quality, productivity, and attendance expectations.
• Maintain compliance with CMS, Marketplace, carrier, and licensing requirements.
• Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings.
• Navigate multiple computer systems while assisting customers.
