Job summary

Catch Coverage is seeking a Licensed ACA Health Insurance Agent to educate consumers on ACA Marketplace options and guide them through enrollment. This is a full-time, W-2 remote sales position offering $20.00 per hour plus commission opportunities.

Newly licensed agents are encouraged to apply; prior ACA sales experience is a plus but not required. The role emphasizes training, compliance, and growth within a supportive, customer-focused culture.

Qualifications

• Active Health or Health/Life Insurance License in good standing.
• Newly licensed agents encouraged; ACA sales experience is not required.
• Experience in ACA, health insurance, telesales, call center, or customer service preferred.
• Ability to complete ACA Marketplace/FFM registration and training prior to enrollments.
• Ability to meet carrier contracting and appointment requirements.
• Willingness to work evenings/weekends during peak Open Enrollment.

Responsibilities

• Educate consumers on ACA Marketplace health insurance options.
• Assess coverage needs and explain plan features including premiums and deductibles.
• Guide consumers through the ACA Marketplace application and enrollment.
• Provide professional, consultative customer service and maintain records.
• Maintain licensing, certifications, and credentials; participate in training.
